Hand-made Heart Sutra Shi Piao Yixing Teapot

Description

This fully handmade Shi Piao Yixing teapot is an elegant and defined pot of simple, sturdy lines with a triangular body. The three feet along the bottom in the shape of the points of an equilateral triangle give the pot its stability, as well as establishing its practical simplicity.

The Heart Sutra along the body is one of the classic sutras of Mahayana Buddhism. It uses the fewest words to express the central essence of Buddhism, and is an integral part of Chinese culture.
